Umm... Is social media in the constitution?

The Supreme Court will decide if state laws limiting social media platforms violate the Constitution. The justices will review laws enacted by Republican-dominated legislatures and signed by Republican governors in Florida and Texas, both of which aim to prevent social media companies from censoring users based on their viewpoints. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the plaintiffs, social media platforms may be exposed to new legal vulnerabilities resulting in fewer political posts being recommended in your newsfeed.

Is this a bad thing or a good thing? Jury is still out.
